They represent the activities a user will be able to do with the product, the steps they will take to complete those activities, and the details of completing each step. Sprints kick off with a planning meeting that offers an opportunity to brainstorm risks that may not have been captured in the overall risk register. Risks can then be listed on the project board \u2013 either a physical whiteboard or a digital dashboard.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #5c8697;\"><strong>Daily Stand-Ups<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Agile teams start their days with a quick stand-up meeting to review the day\u2019s tasks. During stand-ups, team members can identify blockers or concerns that could impact that day\u2019s objectives, discuss mitigation strategies, and update the project board accordingly.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #5c8697;\"><strong>Retrospectives<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">At the end of each sprint, retrospectives offer a space to reflect not just on what worked and what didn\u2019t\u2014but why. On the planning front, teams can prioritize risks by including them in the project backlog \u2013 the master list of requirements for the project.
